We are designers, manufacturers and NHBC registered full builders of high quality Timber Framed Homes and can provide any level of service from the supply of a structural or dry shell package to a complete in house service with design, drawing and planning applications dealt with. All works are carried out by ourselves and are available with a 10 year NHBC/Zurich building warranty (important if funding is required and when you wish to sell on.) and NHBC or Local Authority building control service. We offer our full build service in the Counties of Devon and Cornwall and a supply and erect frame package service to all other counties nationwide. Many other Timberframe companies are not builders in their own right just manufacturers who offer the services of building works in the form of sub-contracting to bonefide building companies, this can lead to contractual difficulties and should be made clear before you are financially committed.

We are always the main contractor when offering the full build service and remain responsible for the job from start to finish of the works that we have quoted and contracted for, if there is ever any problem during the construction or after you have moved in you have one point of call and that is to us. We are also responsible for the implementation of Health and Safety procedures.

Following is a full build guide price list, it is almost impossible to produce a fixed price list with so many variables to consider i.e. sloping sites, difficulty of access, drainage arrangements, services availability, planning requirements regarding choice of external materials and of course the twice yearly increases from the building supplies manufacturers so we state that our list is a guide price, but it does give you an idea of the average cost, your project may be a little more or a little less. If you already own a plot of land with the benefit of a planning permission why not call in to see us, we can discuss your requirements and provide you with a sketch scheme design from which we can accurately estimate the full cost of the project.

Using the Timberframe method of construction we can produce an economic, highly insulated structure which can be constructed on site in a short space of time. With the price of fuel in this day and age and the new Building Regulation introduced in July 1995 (Part L thermal requirements) there has never been a better or economically more prudent time to consider the proven energy efficiency of Timber Frame construction. Timber Frame homes are ideal for self build projects and we are able to offer complete technical support and friendly advice to those wishing to "go it alone".
